You can download applications and software for your headsets here.

1. Set up the Navigator app. You can use the video tutorial here.
2. Press and hold the Mode button for at least six seconds until you hear a voice prompt that says "Pairing Bluetooth".
3. Make sure that your phone operating system is up to date.
4. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and select the name of your headset.
5. Go to the Navigator app.
6. Press Update.

The Your headset is up to date message displays and the icon changes from red to green.

If you are still having issues, uninstall and reinstall the app and do the procedure again.

Unfortunately no.

The dongle for the RIG 600 PRO HX headset is not available for purchase yet. However, you can use a Bluetooth connection.

1. Connect the USB receiver and make sure that the button is on the controller logo.
2. Turn on your headset. The LED on the USB receiver light up in white and doesn't flash.
3. If the headset is on and the USB receiver is still flashing, pair the headset to the receiver:
   1. Press the Power button for six seconds. During the pairing process, the headset LED flashes in purple.
   2. If the pairing succeeds, the voice prompt says "Connected". If the pairing fails, repeat the process.
4. If you don't have game audio, make sure that the Game/Chat balance isn’t set at maximum Chat level. If you don't have chat audio, make sure that it isn't set at maximum Game level.

The headset's Game/Chat sound balance only works if you're connected through the USB receiver to an Xbox One or Xbox Series.

1. Press the multi-function button once. The function of your wheel changes from Volume to Game/Chat and you can adjust the sound of the game and the chat with the wheel.
2. To set the wheel back to Volume, wait five seconds or press the multi-function button again.
