This problem can happen if the audio output of your console is set to Chat Audio.
- Go to the settings of your console.
- On PlayStation 4: Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output to Headphones.
- On PlayStation 5: Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Headphones > Output to Headphones.
- Select All Audio.
- Power on the headset.
- Press the Power button once. A voice prompt indicates which mode is selected.
- Press the Mode button once to cycle from:
- Dual mode to Game mode;
- Game mode to Bluetooth mode;
- Bluetooth mode to Dual mode.
- Press the Mode button twice to do the opposite and cycle from:
- Game mode to Dual mode;
- Dual mode to Bluetooth mode;
- Bluetooth mode to Game mode.
Decrease the font size in your mobile settings. You can usually find the font size option in the Accessibility or Display & Brightness menu.
- Pair and connect the headset to your mobile device.
- Download the RIG 600 PRO Navigator application from the store.
- Open the app. Your headset should be automatically recognized.
- Go to the Update section to see if an update is available.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Updates can take five minutes or more depending on your internet speed or phone connection.
NOTE: If you are not using Wi-Fi, it can consume 4G or 5G data.
If your update fails, please verify:
- That you have a strong Wi-Fi signal if you are connected to the Internet.
- That your headset and battery don't indicate a Battery low status.
- That your headset is still powered on or connected to the mobile device.

You can only access Bluetooth mode if there is a Bluetooth device in the memory of the headset. Make sure that the headset is paired with your Bluetooth device.

When the headset is on, press and hold the Mode button for six seconds.
A voice says "Pairing Bluetooth" and the LED flashes in blue to confirm that the pairing process has started. - On your Android or iOS device, go to the Bluetooth Settings menu.

Select RIG 600 PRO. The device connects and indicates the battery status and the current mode.
If the pairing fails, a voice says "Bluetooth pairing failed" and you need to try the pairing process again.

- On your phone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing.
- Choose Bluetooth Headset.
If you don’t want to be interrupted by calls, set the headset to Game mode. It allows only the wireless dongle connection and rejects the Bluetooth connection. It means that, in this mode, you can't receive phone calls in your headset.
There are four ways to check the battery level of your headset.
- When your RIG 600 PRO headset is connected to a mobile device and the app is open, you can see the battery level on the top right of your device screen.
- When you power on your RIG 600 PRO headset, you see the LED color and hear a voice prompt that indicates the battery level:
- Red: "Battery Low";
- Yellow: "Battery Medium";
- Green: "Battery High".
- When your RIG 600 PRO is already powered on, press the Power button once. You hear a voice prompt that indicates the battery level and the mode that you have selected.
- Red: "Battery Low";
- Yellow: "Battery Medium";
- Green: "Battery High".
- When your RIG 600 PRO is being charged, the LED indicates the battery level:
- Red: Low battery;
- Yellow: Medium battery;
- Green: High battery;
- Off: Full battery.
- Make sure that your headset is correctly paired and connected to the mobile device.
- Make sure not to connect to the wireless dongle when you open the app.
- Make sure not to play music when you open the app.
- If necessary, pair the headset again and uninstall and reinstall the app.

- Set the headset to Bluetooth mode.
- Make sure that your wireless dongle is disconnected.
The wireless dongle always has the priority over Bluetooth, except during phone calls.
The dongle for the RIG 600 PRO HS headset is not available for purchase yet. However, you can use a Bluetooth connection.
When you receive a call, the music from your console or PC stops and you can hear the ringing tone of your phone.
- Make sure that your headset is set to dual mode or Bluetooth mode.
- Make sure that the microphone isn't set to Mute.
- To accept the call, press the multi-function button once.
To reject the call, press and hold the multi-function button for three seconds. - To hang up, press the multi-function button once.
Press and hold the Power button for three seconds.
You hear the voice prompt "Power On" or "Power Off".
- When the power is on, the LED lights up according to the battery level.
- When the power is off, the LED lights up in red.
The RIG 600 PRO HS headset is compatible with the following platforms:
- PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5
- PC
- Nintendo Switch (with a dongle)
- Android and iOS mobile devices (through Bluetooth)
If your app's text is badly positioned, cut off or creates a visual bug, it means the text font on your phone is too big. To correct this issue, please reduce the font size in your mobile settings. This option is usually found in the Settings > Accessibility > Font Size menu.
Once a normal size is selected, everything should display correctly.
- Make sure your headset is in dual mode or Bluetooth mode to allow it to answer a call.
- When you receive a call the music from your console/PC will stop and you will hear the ringing tone of your phone.
- Single press on the multi-function button to accept the call or hold the multi-function button, for 3 seconds, to reject the call.
- If you chose to accept it you can, at any time, hang-up the call by a single press on the multi-function button.
If your contact does not hear you, make sure the microphone of the headset is unmuted (Open)
- Go to IOS device and select Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing
- Then choose Bluetooth headset to set the headset as the first device to connect to when answering a call.
Make sure your headset is paired and connected to the mobile device which has the APP.
It is recommended that you are not playing music when you open the application, to avoid increasing latency.

If the application is still not connected to the headset try to do the pairing again or uninstall and re-install the application.

If your headset doesn’t work on your Xbox One or Xbox Series console, please follow these instructions:
- Connect the USB receiver and check that the button is on the controller logo. Then turn on your headset: The LED on the USB receiver should light up white and should not flash.
- If your headset is on and your USB receiver is still flashing, pair your headset to it by pressing the Power button for 6 seconds while powering up the headset. If it still doesn’t connect, please contact Nacon support.
- If you don't have game audio, check that the Game/Chat balance isn’t at maximum Chat level, and vice versa if you don't have Chat audio.
The headset's "Game/Chat" sound balance only works if you're connected via your USB receiver to an Xbox One or Xbox Series. To use it, just press the Multifunction button once: The function of your wheel will change from "Volume" to "Game/Chat" and you’ll have the option to adjust the sound of the game and the Chat with the wheel. If you wait 5 seconds or press the Multifunction button again, the wheel will return to the volume function.
