The black version of the MG-X / MG-X Pro Controller is only designed for Android phones.
However, the white version is designed for iPhones.
- Unplug and plug again your controller to your gaming system without any action on your joystick or trigger.
- If your controller has a companion app, make sure that:
- The firmware is up to date.
- The settings of your joystick or trigger are not too aggressive.
- The dead zone settings are not set at their minimum.
The controller is intended for the Microsoft Game Pass service, but it may also be supported by other games available on the Google Play Store.
If the game supports your controller, it may connect immediately. If it doesn't connect, go to the game's configuration settings and assign each action to the control elements of your controller.
An application is available on iOS (so only for the white version of the controller). You can download it here.
The black version of the MG-X / MG-X Pro Controller is compatible with Android phones, and the white version, with iPhones.
You can also connect it to a PC through a USB-C cable. If you want to use it on a Mac, you must use a third-party software that isn’t supplied with the controller nor supported by Nacon.
No, you can't use the MG-X / MG-X Pro Controller in wired mode on a smartphone. A Bluetooth connection is necessary.
You can use a Bluetooth headset for your gaming sessions.
We do not recommend the use of wired headphones if the 3.5mm jack isn’t fully accessible and if it catches on the phone holder.
