- Unplug and plug again your controller to your gaming system without any action on your joystick or trigger.
- If your controller has a companion app, make sure that:
- The firmware is up to date.
- The settings of your joystick or trigger are not too aggressive.
- The dead zone settings are not set at their minimum.
The Asymmetric Wireless Controller is compatible with all PC games that are XInput compatible. If the game is written to use a mouse and a keyboard, the Asymmetric Wireless Controller cannot be compatible.
No. For compatibility reasons, you can only use the dedicated dongle for your controller.
Our PlayStation 4 controllers work on PlayStation 5 only if you play with a PS4 version of the game.
- Make sure that the controller is off.
- Press and hold the SYNC button of your USB Bluetooth receiver until the LED (20) flashes quickly in white.
- Press and hold the PS and SHARE buttons at the same time on your wireless controller until the LED (10) flashes quickly in white.
When the synchronisation is finished, the LEDs stop flashing.
For now, to wake the PlayStation 4 console, you must use a Sony DualShock 4 controller through the Bluetooth communication.
Press and hold the back button for a minimum of one second. The colour code that follows is used:
- Green: 75% < Battery level ≤ 100%.
- Yellow: 50% < Battery level ≤ 75%.
- Orange: 25% < Battery level ≤ 50%.
- Red: 10% < Battery level ≤ 25%.
- Permanent red flashing (no need to press the back button): Battery level ≤ 10%.
To stop checking the battery level, release the button. The player LED becomes white again to show that the controller is well connected to the USB receiver, except if the battery level is below 10%.
- Make sure that the controller is connected to the USB Bluetooth receiver. The player LED on the controller must be white.
- Make sure that the USB Bluetooth receiver is connected to your PlayStation 4 console.
- Make sure that the battery is charged.
The audio feature works only on PlayStation 4. It is not supported on PC.
- Make sure that the settings of the audio output of your PlayStation 4 system are correctly configured for your headset.
- Make sure that the volume is not set at the minimum level.
- Make sure that the Mute function is deactivated on the remote control of your headset.
- Go to the settings of your PlayStation 4 system to make sure that the microphone level is not set at its minimum.

When the pairing is done, the LEDs on the controller and on the USB Bluetooth receiver stop flashing and display the same colour.
No, the PS Remote Play app is dedicated for use with PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 controllers. It is not supported by any other controllers.
- Ensure that the USB Bluetooth receiver is well connected to your PS4 console and that the USB Bluetooth receiver and the controller are connected together.
- When the controller is connected to its USB Bluetooth receiver, the player LED on the controller stays in white.
- Ensure that the battery is charged.
- Ensure that the controller is OFF or turn it OFF,
- Press and hold "Share" + "PS" buttons, on your controller, until the LED player status indicator starts to flash,
- Press the SYNC button on the USB Bluetooth receiver (the sync LED will flash).
- Once the pairing is done, the LEDs on the controller and on the USB Bluetooth receiver will stop flashing and will both display in white.
The communication, to open the PS4 console, is only for Bluetooth controllers with a direct connection link to the PS4 console.
The PlayStation4 system does not support this feature when a controller communicates through a USB Bluetooth receiver.
The battery level indication is displayed on the controller (dongle always stays in White), on demand only, when a long press is made on the back button (1 second). The level is indicated as long as the back button is pressed.
The following colour code is used:
- 75% < Battery level ≤ 100%: Green
- 50% < Battery level ≤ 75%: Yellow
- 25% < Battery level ≤ 50%: Orange
- 10% < Battery level ≤ 25%: Red
- Battery level ≤ 10%: Flashing in Red permanently (no need to press on the back button)
Once you release the button, the RGB player LED becomes White again to indicate that the controller is well connected to its dongle (except if the battery level is ≤ 10%).

The remote play software is dedicated for use with a DS4 controller and is not supported by other controllers. This is the reason why the Asymmetric Wireless Controller is not recognized.
The Asymmetric Wireless Controller is compatible with all PC games that are X-Input compatible. This is the standard protocol for using a controller.
In the case where the game has been written to use a Mouse & Keyboard, the Asymmetric Wireless Controller will not be compatible.
